Sunday, so far

Emily hasn't been feeling well for the past couple of days. It's probably just from the immunization shots she received at her 1 year appointment a week ago, but just to be on the safe side, we skipped church today. I'd hate to find out it was something else after we'd been and she'd infected the ward. And it would just have been mean to her. Anyway, we watched lots of KBYU this morning and saw Uncle Mike in the crowd at a BYU devotional, hung out in our pajamas all day, and cut and pinned lots of fabric! I've finished cutting the fabric, and the first round of pinning is all done. Tomorrow I get to drag out the old sewing machine and get to work putting this all together. Yea! Here's what it all looks like so far, with much better colors than the last pictures. And, this is Nathan, dressed up like a fireman with his firetruck and his firetruck doggie. Yes, firemen do wear boots, but usually not their mom's knee-high ones.

Oh, my goodness. That's just not right. Please, if there is any goodness in your heart, you will not allow this picture to go any further. Ooops! Too late!! Already on the internet!

Funny how much longer his legs are with boots on - and shapely, too! I'm impressed that you pinned all of your quilt squares, too.

Hope Emily is feeling better. I can't believe how much you have gotten done on the quilt- way to go! Love the boots!
